ACES Security Procurement for New Mexico Schools and Public Agencies
Auvra, LLC is an awarded ACES Procurement Partner under RFP 26-05: Energy, Security and Life Safety Systems.
We help New Mexico charter schools, school districts, municipalities, counties, and other public agencies plan physical-security improvements and identify solutions eligible for purchase through our ACES contract.
Whether you’re upgrading school entrances, replacing security cameras, improving visitor management, or planning a phased campus-security project, we can help you define the scope and understand the purchasing process.
What is ACES?
ACES Education Services is a New Mexico public entity established through a Joint Powers Agreement by member charter schools. It supports education and public agencies through shared services and cooperative purchasing.
ACES conducts competitive solicitations and awards contracts that participating agencies can use to purchase covered products and services. New Mexico school districts, municipalities, counties, and other eligible public entities can also participate.
How ACES helps schools and public agencies
School and municipal teams have limited time to manage procurement alongside their daily responsibilities. ACES provides an established purchasing route for eligible projects.
For covered purchases, participating agencies can use an existing competitively awarded contract rather than conduct a separate solicitation or obtain multiple competing quotes. This can reduce administrative work and help teams move from planning to purchasing more efficiently.
Agencies retain control over their project scope, budget, and approvals. ACES can also provide supporting procurement documentation and assistance with contract-use questions.

Auvra supports physical-security projects for educational campuses and public facilities. We confirm which products and services are eligible under RFP 26-05 before quoting them through ACES.
Security cameras and video management
Plan camera coverage for entrances, hallways, parking areas, playgrounds, and other appropriate locations. Explore fixed, panoramic, multisensor, and PTZ camera options, along with video management and incident-review needs.
Access control and secure entrances
Manage access to school buildings, administrative offices, staff areas, and other controlled spaces with readers, credentials, electronic locking hardware, and door-status monitoring.
Video intercoms and visitor management
Support visitor communication and check-in at school entrances and reception areas. Auvra can help evaluate intercom and visitor-management options, including Verkada solutions.
Intrusion alarms and video verification

Air-quality and environmental monitoring
Evaluate sensors for vape detection and environmental conditions in appropriate school and public-building locations.
School-bus security
Discuss transportation cameras and related connectivity options for reviewing activity on school buses and supporting transportation operations.
Cabling and implementation support
We can help assess the cabling, connectivity, mounting, installation, and commissioning needs associated with your security project. Eligibility for these services under the ACES contract is confirmed during scope review.
Contract-based pricing that supports budget planning
Purchasing through ACES gives participating agencies access to the pricing and terms established in the awarded contract.
Auvra prepares a written quote around your project scope, including applicable equipment, licensing, installation, and support. This helps your team understand the proposed investment and compare phased options.
The value extends beyond equipment pricing: using an existing contract can reduce the staff time and administrative effort associated with conducting a separate procurement.
Ask us to explain the applicable contract pricing and what is included in your quote.

Participating New Mexico charter schools, school districts, municipalities, counties, and other eligible public agencies can purchase through ACES. Organizations must complete their participation agreement before ordering.
